Add an Auto-Reply Handler

Auto-Reply Handlers are used to automate the process of replying to recipient messages. Within Distributed Marketing, when creating a Mailing, you can optionally select an Auto-Reply Handler to use for that Mailing. The Auto-Reply Handler must first be created in Cheetah Digital (see Auto-Reply Handlers for more information), then added to your Distributed Marketing account, to make it available for selection.

To add an Auto-Reply Handler to Distributed Marketing:

  1. From the User Details drop-down menu in the top-right corner of the screen, select Admin. The Administration window is displayed.

  2. From the tool bar at the top of the Administration window, click Settings. The Settings screen is displayed, with the Folder tab selected by default.

  3. Select the Auto-Reply Handler tab.

  4. Click Create New Auto-Reply Handler. The Add Auto-Reply Handler pop-up window is displayed and populated with all Auto-Reply Handlers in your Cheetah Digital account.

  1. Optionally, search for an Auto-Reply Handler by entering a text string in the Search field.

  2. Click the name of an Auto-Reply Handler to select it. Repeat this process as needed to select additional Auto-Reply Handlers.

  3. Click Close.
